Terms of Service

By accessing or using Sportify — including the mobile application and the web platform at sportifygo.com — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Sportify. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

Organizations registering on the platform confirm they are legally authorized representatives of the club, university, or sports body they represent.

As an athlete on Sportify, you agree to:

- Provide accurate profile information and sport history

- Use the platform only for legitimate sports-related purposes

- Not impersonate another athlete or create false profiles

- Respect event rules and ground booking policies set by organizations and venue owners

- Not engage in any conduct that harasses, harms, or deceives other users

Organizations (universities, sports clubs, and federations) must apply for approval before gaining access to tournament creation and event management tools.

Approved organizations agree to:

- Publish only legitimate, verified sports events and tournaments

- Accurately represent event rules, dates, locations, and entry fees

- Comply with applicable sports regulations and local laws

- Not use athlete data collected through the platform for purposes unrelated to the sport event

Sportify facilitates ground bookings between athletes and venue owners. By completing a booking:

- You agree to arrive at the scheduled time and comply with venue rules

- Cancellation policies are determined per venue and shown before checkout

- Sportify is not responsible for disputes between athletes and ground owners; however, our support team can assist in resolving issues

Venue owners listed on the platform confirm that their facilities are accurately described and legally available for booking.

You agree not to:

- Use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our services

- Buy, sell, or transfer account credentials

- Use the platform to facilitate match-fixing, doping, or other prohibited sports conduct

- Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All content on Sportify — including the logo, design, text, and software — is the intellectual property of Sportify and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

By uploading content (profile photos, event descriptions, etc.) you grant Sportify a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content on the platform.

Sportify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

- Continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform

- That all events listed will take place as described

- The accuracy of third-party venue information

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sportify's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to Sportify in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by emailing support@sportifygo.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of Sportify shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
